At Flashback Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is damaged or not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging. For new vinyl, the factory seal must remain intact unless the disc itself has a manufacturing defect.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the record in its original mailer or a similar reinforced cardboard box to prevent any warping or corner dings during transit.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service. Once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
